What is Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Amazon is not just a company with same-day delivery of products, but a complex ecosystem, just think about Amazon Music and Prime Video (and that is just scratching the surface).

If we start to explore this universe we will also find Amazon Web Services, a complete cloud computing platform that is in constant evolution and includes a group of infrastructures (IaaS), platforms (PaaS) and software (SaaS). All these products offer various advantages such as calculation power, storage and database and content delivery services.

Amazon was one of the first companies to introduce a pay-per-use cloud computing model which is scaled to offer users the calculation, storage or the throughput according to the real needs. Groups such as government agencies, educational institutions, no profit organisations and privates can use the AWS services.
